The quality of records is too low

By default, built-in microphone is used for the call recording, since it is supported by most of the phone models.

You can try to change audio source in the "Command" tab in your account, in order to improve recording quality.

Note, the application itself does not presume to improve or change your device capabilities, so you need to bear in mind that device settings is a subject for your consideration.
